Hello,
We wanted you to know that a hacker is using Trello's name is sending out e-mails about copyright-infringement-warnings and warning us that we will be sued.
We checked with our Attorney at ProBono Partnership and they sent us an article from techlicious.com that talks about fake copyright infringement e-mails. It really scared us, even though our website was designed and managed by a IT Company.
I thought you should know this as it seems like they are using other companies too!

I think this really should go to Trello support over at https://trello.com/en-GB/contact#/ - if you use the "contact support" link, you'll be able to give them more detail
A copy of the email would be welcome probably, with the headers, which I completely understand you would not want to post in a public place like this forum.
I'll ask an Atlassian to have a look too.
Loraine is correct and there isn’t much we can do about it. Sometimes people claim to be our company (and other companies) to try to run a scam.
You can read more about the general scam here: https://altitudemarketing.com/blog/copyright-infringement-scam/
