Wondering if someone can help. We use Trello boards for our Client Dashboards for our projects. Each week we upload a video report/excel sheet to a new card in our reporting list.
Everything is synch'd with Slack so any comments/replies are pulled into the client channel.
This morning, there were a number of comments from a client in the Slack channel from a specific card, but when we click the link to the card Trello says the card doesn't exist.
It's also not in the Trello board when we look for it manually.
I've checked the archive and it doesn't appear to be accidentally archived, so wondering what else could have caused this to happen?

That does seem strange that you couldn't see the cards when you clicked on the links. It could be that the cards had been not archived but deleted before you managed to look at these. If you would like me to check up on this, send the link to the card through to Support and we can look in to the details for the card. You can contact Support here: trello.com/contact.
