Hi! Could you please tell me if on the Standard plan, guests of the workspace will be able to create and edit new cards?

As per https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/board-guests/ - A guest is a normal board member by default and can make changes to the board just like other normal board members and yes this will be applied to any plan.

I assume you are asking this due to the recent update about the 10 collaborators on the board (this includes both members and guests).
