I am a commercial contractor and have used Trello in the past for delivery scheduling on our projects and had it be very successful. Since the last use the billing and subscription platform has significantly changed and looking at options as to what would fit our needs best.

Overall we have a large group of users most likely in the 50 person range that would only need access to one board. Simply adding and deleting tasks on a daily basis. No further access to other boards, or some of the more intricate systems would be needed. My question is wither I would need a subscription to each individual on the project as personal would change frequently with some individuals only needing access for a period of 1-2 months before the use would expire. I would like to discuss options with your team as to best approach. Please give me a call at 970.301.3164 to further discuss.

Hi Brett,

In your case, a single board with rotating access needs, you wouldn't need to add each user to subscription. They could be considered a board guest which are not billable.

This answer changes if the user needs access to multiple boards then the user would need to have a seat, i.e. be billed.

If you are interested in the paid features that come with Standard or Premium, you can start a subscription and add only and pay for the users that will manage the Trello account.

Cheers,
Beth
