I need to talk to someone about my account which has disappeared. I need my boards back. I have my invoice # and account is valid but just gone and all the help prompts just loop to nowhere

I believe you created a second account by mistake. Can you share a board of your old account so we can see what is the email? I checked the email of the account where you opened this question and you have only a single board open.
