hyesunjin March 27, 2024

hi,

If I use more than 20 people in one workspace, should I upgrade from free to standard products?

I've made this 10 min video on how the new rules work via various examples: https://youtu.be/rqmCHU_QxY8

It's hard to watch the video because it's in English. It's being used in Korea.
When 1 workface member invites more than 20 guests as guests, which should I buy, standard or premium?

Both offer the free Guest mode so just go with the cheapest (Standard)

Hi @hyesunjin

You will need to upgrade if you have more than 10 collaborators (guests and pending invitations included).

You could always upgrade to Standard and see if it's sufficient for your needs. If not, you could then try Premium?

However, you can also try Premium on a 14-day free trial - check it out here: https://trello.com/free-trial

In terms of how many billable users you need, this will depend on whether any of the 20 members could be single-board guests. These guests are free on paid plans.

See more information here:

You can also get an estimate from within Trello, to give you an idea on what it would cost based on your current setup:

  1. Go to Trello's homepage
  2. On the left-hand side, open the settings options next to your Workspace ("v" icon)
  3. Select Settings
  4. Next, on the left-hand side select Workspace settings > Upgrade workspace
  5. Scroll to the bottom of each list; this will provide you pricing estimates (aside from Enterprise, you need to contact sales for this. There's a button on this screen to do that).
