Problems with authorisations of teammembers

I have only the freeversion and invited around 200 persons for my teamboard. All are invited to teammembers. Some of theme can read and write, some of theme not. The setting of the board is: Reading and editing allowed for all members.

I cannot understand why it do not works for all members. Is there anybody who can help? 

Because it is only the freeversion, I can't change the status of the members. They are all admin...

Are some of your users not “joining” the board? There’s an explicit join step they need to do.
