Hi, thanks in advance for your kind support.
I have a problem when updating from a free account to a premium one.
Trello is automatically showing that I am buying two accounts and there is no way to switch to one. I don't need two accounts, I only need one.
How can I fix the issue?
Thanks.
Hi @Andrea Baldoni 👋
Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you're having problems upgrading, let's see if we can get this sorted for you.
Quick question do you have multiple Workspaces? Trello's plans work per Workspace so it could be that they are trying to upgrade two workspaces?
All the best,
Laura
Hi @Laura Holton ,
Thanks a lot for your kind support.
I discovered I had a guest which was sharing Two boards.
I deleted him and as a risult fixed the issue.
Thanks again.
Best regards

Hey @Andrea Baldoni - the description I gave about how subscriptions work in this thread will probably help you: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/IT-Team-and-License-members/qaq-p/1884259
If you're being asked to pay for two billable users, it's because you have two billable users in the workspace you're trying to upgrade. You may need to remove a second workspace member or a multi-board guest.

On top of that, I can see my colleague Sagar confirmed that with his investigation when you raised a ticket with us last night.
