Previous admin has left, now we have no control over the workspace

How can we add a new admin, as we have no access to the previous admins account?  We obviously, also have no way of removing the old admin?????

Help required.....

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

Raise a support ticket with Atlassian to get yourself org admin access explaining why, they will surely help you



I think it just sorted it out.  I activated a premium account that allowed me to alter the access levels for 14 days.  I've now added multiple admins so this doesn't happen again.
