Power-ups don't show while enabled

Hi!

We are using power-ups to our board and three power-ups are enabled. However, on the cards, the power-ups sometimes disappear, but only for some members. We also have members that never see the power-ups on the card.

Are there scenarios in which power-ups don't work or don't show on the card? And only for certain people working with the board and not others.

That's really interesting. All members on the board should see the Power-ups that have been enabled. I'm wondering if maybe some of the members are viewing the board on a mobile device? At this time only the Custom Field, Calendar, and Voting Power-up are available in the mobile app. If not please send us an email so we can take a closer look!
