Personal Trello- When I changed my password & Lost my 2 workspaces, Boards & Cards

Noticing over the last few days, that when I start using my computer for the day, most of my open apps were closed, including Trello 
In Trello, - on Microsoft Edge-
- last couple of days, I create cards, but when I go into Trello later the cards had disappeared.
- Then, When I changed my password & Lost my 2 'Jeffrey Green; workspaces, Boards & Cards at noon, 15/4/24, in my Personal account.
-I have many boards and ~ 100 cards, still on the free profile.
How can I get the information back???

When I start up Trello in Edge again, a very old Workspace comes up from 2022.

Is my Trello information backed up?

I have relied heavily on it since it is so easy to manage information.

Please help.
