Hi everyone, I am Emmanuel Katto from Uganda. I have a query that how can we set permission for users e.g. a person can edit the card but cannot delete it.

Hi Emmanuel, 

Currently, we don't have a permission that stops the board member from deleting cards that they can edit. While this functionality isn't currently available in Trello, you aren't alone in wanting this, as we have had other users interested in this as well. With that in mind, I've added you as a "+1" to our existing suggestion, which you can access here: TRELLO-72: As a board admin, I can prevent non-admin members from deleting cards on a board so that I have more control over when cards are permanently deleted

I have also added this ticket as an internal comment to this report so that way our engineering team can reference to it and also use it to help align priority. I would also recommend you to visit that suggestion, log in with your Atlassian account, and click Start watching this issue on the right panel. You can comment and share your use case and why this is important for your business. This will help our product and engineering team understand more about which functionalities our users are interested in. Also, you'll be notified via email when our product team updates the ticket.

Hi @Sonal Verma you can go to this feature suggestion link below and add your comment if you'd like this feature shipped to Trello. Even though this would not guarantee that such a feature would be built, it would certainly bring it to our Product team's attention to be considered, especially if more users have asked for the same thing.
