Hello together,
we have a problem with our Trelloboard it closed our Upgrade. Now we are not able to use the whole System. They say it is because our Creditcard doesn't work but there is enough money on it. What can we do to use it today?

Your Workspace admins will be able to update the credit card associated with the subscription. Are you able to reach out to your Workspace admins for this?
You can find who your Workspace admins are by going to https://trello.com/my/activity, selecting the Workspace, then clicking on the Members tab.
