Password reset email not being received

Deleted user Apr 15, 2019

Hello. A member of my team is not receiving the password reset email and is locked out of his Trello account. 

It is not in a spam folder. 

Please advise!

Hi @[deleted] I would recommend contacting your IT support to ensure Trello's email has not been black listed. You should also send a note to so they can investigate what may be happening to this email.

@[deleted] this is usually due to Trello having received a bounced email notification in the past from that address. Their system (I have an inkling they're using SendGrid) will then put a block on that address. If you email they'll remove that block for you.
