PROBLEMAS CON TABLEROS COMPARTIDOS

Buenos días, me han compartido un tablero y un espacio de trabajo y puedo verlo en chrome, pero ni los tableros ni el espacio de trabajo compartidos puedo verlos en la aplicación de windows. Antes no he tenido ese problema, me esta sucediendo desde hace unos días.

Good morning, a board and a workspace have been shared with me and I can see it in Chrome, but I cannot see the shared boards or workspace in the Windows application. I haven't had that problem before, it's been happening to me for a few days.

Good morning! To confirm, are you using the Trello Desktop App on your Windows OS? If yes, could you please try if any of the below helps:

• Have you checked if you're logged in to the same account/email on both Chrome and Windows application?
• Have you tried going through our troubleshooting guide and gone through those steps (Restart device, reset local data and reinstall app): https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-for-the-desktop-app-windows-and-macos/
