Online log-in works, but Mac app login does not

Dear Atlassian community, 

At the moment, I can log into my trello account online through the Atlassian portal with my email and password. However, when I try to log into my trello account on the App from the Mac store with the exact same email and password, I get the following message:

Incorrect email address and / or password. If you recently migrated your Trello account to an Atlassian account, you will need to use your Atlassian account password. Alternatively, you can get help logging in.

I've tried re-setting my password (the link for re-setting the password goes online to Atlassian) and uninstalling and re-installing the App, and still don't get any results. Does anyone have any potential solutions?

Hi Thomas, 

Sorry to hear that you aren't able to login into the Mac app. Please try to "Reset the app Local data" as shown in this screenshot: 

Then try logging in again, and let's see if the issue persists.
