I'm hosting a board with more than 100 guest and it is still growing.

1. The change to standard should cost 1620$ per year?! Did I get that right or would it only be 60$ per year for me as the host?

2. What happens if I don't change anything? Can I still invite new guests and we could at least have a platform where I can share content?

3. What other ideas do you have to continue collaboration without paying that big amount of money?

Hi @Michaela Ritter RITTERCOACHING

From April, the Free version will be limited to 10 collaborators, including members, guests and pending invitations - meaning you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Trello.

The new limits will also stop you adding additional collaborators beyond 10.

However, it's worth bearing in mind that single-board guests are free in paid plans; this might help you reduce the number of billable users needed.

See more on these help pages:

You can also get a price estimate from within your Trello Workspace, to see the cost as of now:

  1. Go to Trello's homepage
  2. On the left-hand side, open the settings options next to your Workspace ("v" icon)
  3. Select Settings
  4. Next, on the left-hand side select Workspace settings > Upgrade workspace
  5. Scroll to the bottom of each list; this will provide you pricing estimates (aside from Enterprise, you need to contact sales for this. There's a button on this screen to do that).
