On boarding with trello

To whom it may concern,

I would like to know few details

1. Is there any specific subscription for Onboarding

2. I want my board to be shared with the new joiner, This is to track their movement before joining and after joining too... But I noticed, If I make them as board member they get to edit the board, 

I want it to be in such a way where they can't edit but only view, upload their documents, add comments. Is it possible?

3. Can we sync the trello board to Microsoft office-team feature?

4. Let me know the pricing for this feature

I am not on the Trello team but I will try to help.

I am not aware of any specific edition of Trello for onboarding.

The kind of behaviour you're describing sounds similar to 'board observers' https://help.trello.com/article/732-adding-observers-to-boards that is available with Trello Business Class https://trello.com/business-class

There may also be a Power-Up to help you, but I had a quick look at the available Power-Ups and couldn't see one that targeted your use case: https://trello.com/power-ups
