I have created a workflow with 5 actions, assigned to 5 team members.
My intention was to create (within a Trello Board), 5 Lists for the 5 actions, with notification to the relevant team member in charge of the relevant action each time a card was moved from 1 list to the other.
The problem is that when i move 1 card from a list to another list, then all team members are notified.
Is there a way I can limit notifications so that team members only receive notifications when an action is required from them (ie. when a card is moved from one list to the list for which they are required to take action)

You can create assigning rules (add and remove) based on list change event from butler
