We have a Zapier integration where when someone submits a help ticket, a new card is added to a Trello board. Is there a way to get a notification of this? I ran a test yesterday and never got an email or even a Trello notification that a new card had been added.
I use this integration my self. I receive a notification via Email and via Trello. Go into Trello and check your notification settings.
