If you're not receiving the Atlassian account recovery email, first ensure that you've entered the correct email address. Check your spam or junk folder again and try refreshing your inbox. If it's still missing, try requesting the recovery email again, and check if your email provider has any filters blocking it. If the issue persists, contact Atlassian support directly for further assistance.

I am creating a support ticket for Atlassian. This happened because my email was added to the blacklist. However I don't understand why this happened  to my email Quick Draw

Try to raise a support ticket for Atlassian. This is happening because your email has been added to the surpressed list. If you are using free version of Trello, you might need to activate the premium trial so you could get access to creating a support. Make sure you select Technical Issues as your topic: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
