Try to raise a support ticket for Atlassian. This is happening because your email has been added to the surpressed list. If you are using free version of Trello, you might need to activate the premium trial so you could get access to creating a support. Make sure you select Technical Issues as your topic: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
