I am not receiving email notifications. I have my setting set to 'always' and am watching the boards I need to be included on.
I have tried the test email in the help section and that is not coming through.
I have checked my junk folder and permissions in office and they are fine and don't include trello.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Hi @Philippa Eden - there's no block on your email on our end, I can see we're successfully sending you notifications. I recommend reaching out to your internal IT team to see if they're blocking/hiding emails from:
