When you say "unable to move around to different workspaces, or close anymore" can you share more info like what the error message is or a screenshot of what you expect and how it differs from what you are seeing?
Also, on the support comment - how long ago did you send in a request and what was your expectation for response time? Do you have Priority Support (included in Premium plan)?
