I opened a ticket a week ago and no one has responded. There's no other way to contact support. This is ridiculous. Anyone have any tricks to get a response?

In saying that I can check on your ticket status, would you mind sharing the 'key' to your ticket? You can find this at the end of your ticket number and will look similar to this 'TRELLO-XXXXXX'
