A colleague of mine is trying to reset his password for Trello, but he can't receive the email from Atlassian.
No email in spam or black list...
How can we fix this issue?

So are they clicking the cannot login link when trying to log into Trello? If this is a business account and you are using an exchange server then you could verify with your IT department to see if the email is actually received at the server. You might also take a different account and see if you’re able to receive the email. For example you could create a test Gmail account.
