I have a new board setup with a few new users. I am trying to see why when we add a note or @mention we see the bell on the website, I get a alert on the app but no one gets a email. I used the test email notification page and that worked fine. I have the emails set to immediately. Is there a setting to turn off/on these emails so people do not have to keep checking the boards?

Or perhaps the emails are going to a different folder/spam?
