No email notifications

I do not receive notifications from Trello via email. I have read similar questions but still have no clue. Notifications set an instant, also I have tried to close Trello tab in order to let Trello know I am not online and I need notification about scheduled event.

 

I have changed email to be sure my mail domain is not banned. Also I recieve technical letters about my account.

 

Where should I look now?
