I am trying out the Trello Trial, and trying to set it up for our IS Dept.
We have 5 Teams (SYSTEMS, INFRASTRUCTURE, SOLUTIONS DESK, PMO, AND CIS.
Is there a way to create an IS DEPT Team Board with multiple Teams on the one board?
How would I set that up in Trello?
If you're planning to use Trello Business Class, you may instead want to consider using one Trello team for everyone, as opposed to multiple. Then, you can use the Collections feature to organize boards into groups to represent each sub team: http://help.trello.com/article/1004-creating-collections-for-business-class-teams
However, if you'll be using the free version of Trello, Collections won't be available to you. In that case, you can use separate teams, but there's no way to add an entire other team onto a single board. You can add each member individually, regardless of which they're on, just by using their email address, and they'll join the board as non-team members if they're not a member of the same team as the board.
