My cards won't drop down.

My cards won't drop down. They seem to be hidden and I only see the heading with the card count. I need to be able to drag the tiles.

Thank you for your help cuz I  am dead in the water w my business.

@sandra f you have a filter enabled, just hit the "x" key or click the little white "x" in the top right of the screen
