Hi Ismail,
This is very strange, when a premium subscription ends it usually revokes the premium features on the card but does not delete the card, and if there were more than 10 boards on the workspace it gets closed.
Could you please check if any of the boards are closed (https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/closing-a-board/) and if the cards belonged to them?
Also, request you to please check if the cards are archived. Archived cards can be restored, the below article should help you for reference.

However deleting a card is permanent, and deleted cards can't be restored. For future reference, if you just want to clear the card off of your board, you can archive that card instead so that you can access it again later, if needed.
