My Trello board is under the 10 limit and I am still in view only mode?

My Trello board is under the 10 limit and I am still in view only mode. Also the Admin for the board is no longer with the organization/company. Is there a way to remove him and get a new Admin for the board?

The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're a member of within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
