Move overdue cards

I want a very simple rule. 

Every day at 4am for a card that is overdue, remove all labels, add label "Overdue" and move to the list "Overdue"

I can find no way to do it Butler. I can do a weekly list, a tomorrow list, a today list, but there's no way I can find to move overdue to any list. 

Has anyone any ideas or is this yet another huge gapping hole in Butlers automation. Any power-ups that could help??
