Move a card if the checklist is not all checked off

I have a board with an In Progress list and a Completed list.  Team members move completed cards to the completed list.  However, sometimes people will move them over without completing all the checklist items.  I want to have a rule that will move the card back to In Progress if they do this.  Is this possible?

What a great idea. Yes, you can do this! Here's the setup you'll want:

1. When a card with an incomplete checklist is added to list Completed
2. Move the card to the top (or bottom, your preference) of the list In Progress

If you wanted, you could even make a comment tagging the person who moved it to let them know they "done goofed" ;) To do that:

Well... maybe the comment should be more professional. Ha! But you get the idea.
