Migration of my boards to another mail (the original one no longer exists)

Please I need to access to my boards linked to an e-mail account no longer exists. I've log in to my personal account and when I wanted to get back to te other one associated to a mail which domain no longer exists the message is that I have to enter a code you've sent me to the non valid e-mail. I have important info in the boards I would like to recover, can you please guide me in the migration? Thanks,

For security reasons, we're unable to change the email address or the password associated with your account or grant you direct access. As an upfront reminder, it’s very important to maintain an accessible and up-to-date email associated with your account at all times. We take account security very seriously, and in instances like this, we need to take the right precautions to protect users' accounts.

Your best bet here is trying to reactivate your former domain. Once your old email address is acessible, you can recover your password at https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword.

 If you can't access that email anymore, I'm afraid it's not possible to update your password and access your account again.
