Hi!
My Exec has a Trello board set-up for her and her directs on a certain email account but would like to be able to access this via the another email account and ideally migrate everything that exists in the current one so this can be archived - would anyone happen to know if this is possible?
Hi Kate,
You can't directly merge two different accounts, we do have a workaround you can try.
1 -You need to create a new account with the desirable email.
2 - Log in to the account you *do not* wish to use anymore.
3 - Read How to transfer boards to a new account on this link: https://help.trello.com/article/1104-how-to-transfer-boards-to-a-new-account - and use the Transfer boards tool to transfer all of your boards to the account you want to keep. Make sure to use the correct username or email address here, as the original account will lose access to those boards after doing this.
4 - Log out of Trello.
5 - Log in as the user you wish to keep using, who should now have access to the other user's boards.
That is it. She can also change her email at: https://id.atlassian.com/login on the profile page, if you do that you don't need (and shouldn't) transfer the boards.
