Trello Customer Service:
I clicked on the “Get Started” Button and have no idea where to go from there.
Please let me know if you can take care of this or have someone walk me through how to change it from your directions. It is unclear.

There are some Atlassians here, but there's no guarantee any of them will see or pick up any question here.
You'll need to log in with the account that set up your Trello and use the account maintenance on that to add other people as owners/admins

@Barbara Coapland It might be an idea to remove the email addresses etc. from the post above. If you need to contact support, you can go back to trello.com/contact and submit a support ticket there rather than asking here in the community.
It sounds like you probably want to invite those people to your team, then create one or more boards in the team and invite those members to it.
