Lost emails

I am in a company of 15 employees and we use trello to share some information among the team of developers. It turns out that 3 accounts were created, but the registration confirmation email never arrived. When I click on "Resend email" to confirm their registration, the emails do not reach their respective mailboxes.

How to solve my problem?
