Lost comments / activity

Dear community, 
We moved yesterday a private board to a team Trello board and when we looked in the new team board ( sales) all the comments are lost . How we can get them back ?
I searched already here and in Trello settings, but no clue how to get them back.

I think you may have copied the board instead of moving it (which means the original still exists).

see the part where it says “we don’t copy comments or card activity”. 

If you go to the original board and just change the team that will move it.

  I think the comments cannot be retrieved
