Losing information on cards

I continue to lose information on my cards.  I make sure I click "SAVE" before closing. When I close, I click on the "X".

Did you notice when this started happening? We don't have any bug reports about this issue at the moment. Can you reproduce it consistently? If you can we can open a bug report about it.
