Can someone assist on how to fix a looping access that is prohibiting a user to access her account? Initially the user has email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to use. However, a day came that both accounts were not accessible and is just looping giving the user to enter her other account.
Has anyone encountered and solved this issue?
Hm, we should be able to dig more into that, but since we'll be looking at account details and emails, I'd say we should move this out of the public community.
