I am a user of Trello since 2015 and I have originally paid for the Gold program. The problem is that I teach nearly 1000 students per year and create about 50 workspaces, one for each class of 30 to 50 students. Under the Free program, this has worked out beautifully. As each workspace contained a maximum of 10 boards, one for each breakout group or team.
I have been a top influencer for Trello throughout the years as I teach at a Masters program for a business school, ESCE, Paris. My students have continued to use Trello and have introduced it into their workplaces after having graduated.
It would be too sad for me to have to leave Trello. Can you please find a solution for me?
Hi @Won KIM
I removed your email address from the question; this is a public forum, and it's best to not include your personal details :)

You'll need at least one paid user on Standard/Premium, which does offer unlimited boards in one Workspace.
Assuming each other user only needs access to one board, you could...
Single-board guests are free on paid plans - see this help page for more information:
Guest types and cost
While all guests are free on free Workspace boards, guests on Premium and Standard Workspace boards can incur an additional charge.
Free guest: A person is is invited to a single board in a Workspace is a single-board guest. This user is not billable.
Billable guest: A board member who is on two or more Standard or Premium Workspace boards is a multi-board guest of that Workspace. Multi-board guests are billed at the same rate as a normal Workspace member and consume a seat license.

I'd give this a go (on a Premium trial?), and see if it works for your needs :)

Thank you very much Stephen for your answer. This answer is very helpful. I would have to adapt my class to just one board per class. And if I have the same student again in another class, i will have to restrict him/her. But I guess, this would be a workable comprise. I will do a Premium trial as an educator.
All the best,
Dr. Won KIM
