Locked out of an account Edited

Hello,

So I got locked out of my Trello account because of 2FA :( Lost access to the connected phone and, unfortunately, can't find backup codes. I don't really care about this account so I'd create a new one but here's the problem:

- I'm trying to create a new account, something like myemail+trello@myorganisation.com

- trello sees that this is an email address from myorganisation.com and wants me to log in using Atlasian account through Google only

- I can log in to my Atlassian account using Google but only myemail@myorganisation.com, not myemail+trello@myorganisation.com

- I'm not able to log in to the old Trello account or create a new one

What to do in this situation?

It's difficult to advise on this situation because it involves Atlassian user accounts.

I'd advise contacting Trello Support via this link - https://trello.com/contact#/ - and see if they can help advise on next steps for you :)
