Link a new card with a certain label to existing checklist

Is there a way to set up an automation that when I add a certain label to card it will add that card as an item on an existing checklist on another card?  Through variables maybe?

Yes, sure thing! 

when the yellow label is added to a card, find a card titled "Overview", and add item "{triggercardname}" to checklist "Tasks"

This would work if the destination card is always going to be the same, but you could use a variable for this as well.
