Several Kaplan team members created their accounts, and it was working fine, but a few days ago, it started showing as "deactivated." We've already checked with the team, and they’re unsure what the issue might be.
Could you please help us investigate and see how we can reactivate their accounts?

Could you please share what exactly are the team members seeing on their end. Is it that they cannot login to Trello or that they cannot see this specific board?
