Issue Regarding Update on Collaborator Limit for Free Trello Workspaces

Hi Team,

As an Atlassian Admin, I am getting the request from the users in my organization regarding the trello workspace update on collaborator limit.

Currently We don't have the paid license in our portfolio, We want to upgrade the license.

Can you please suggest the best option possible and help us in integrating it.

Hi Aditi, it is very easy to upgrade a single workspace using the self-serve option. Anyone in that workspace can pay using a credit card and upgrade it for everyone. This page explains how the billing works for the credit card plan.

However, if you have lots of different workspaces and more than 50 users across them, then you could consider upgrading to the Enterprise plan. The Enterprise plan allows multiple workspaces under the same contract. This page has more details https://trello.com/pricing
