Is there an "onUpdate" listener for the description on a card?

I'm working on a power-up and I need to detect when the description on a card has been updated, so I can store the id of the card and the user who updated it.

I was looking into Trello webhooks but it didn't seem like that was the answer.

Can someone can provide some resources or tell me how to achieve this?
