I am unable to find an action_type for deleting an organization on any of the webhooks. I would assume it would be a part of the enterprise webhook as that's where the creation action comes from.
Not used it myself, but according to docs this event exist: "removeOrganizationFromEnterprise"

I see that in the docs now but I have not seen it come across my end point even after removing multiple organizations.
