I run a horseback riding school and I'm using Trello to track skills progression for my students. I've created checklists for each skill level and have created automations so they can easily be added to new students' cards but when viewed on mobile, the automations are above checklists and it's clunky. Is there a way to minimize automations? Or is there another way to be able to add checklists to new cards without having to create automations?
I'm not sure about minimizing the automation buttons on mobile, but you could use automation rules instead to copy checklists into cards. So basically you would need a trigger of some sort (like adding a specific label, or checking a custom checkbox), and when that trigger is applied, the relevant checklist would be added to the card.
