Is there a way to add people to a card but not to the entire board?

Is there a way we can add people to individual cards but not have access to the entire board? If I want to add a member to a card, but I dont want to them to see all the other cards I have is that possible?

I can summarize a couple workarounds if that helps:

1. Create a seperate board and sync cards to that specific board using Unito, or auto-copy them using Butler. 

2. Look into the External Share Power Up.
