Hey, there is way to receive an notification about specific card without joining the card?

Welcome to the Community!

It is possible to 'watch' a whole list, rather than just a card. So if you want to know when someone adds a card to a list, without being a member of the card, you can do it that way

To do this, click on the 3 dots at the top of the list you want to watch, then click 'watch' (4th option down)

@Shlomi to add to this answer from @Esme Crutchley when you're added to a card you automatically watch the card, but you can watch a card without being a member of it. You can also unwatch a card after you're added to it.

If you are the member of the board you will get notification anyway if anyone changed anything on the board or you can visit the activity where you will get to know everything that has been changed since the board has been created!

First of all thank you. For example, if someone passes a specific card from one list to another I don't get an alert unless I'm attached to a card.

In that case, there might be some issue with your device or account notification setting which was causing that kind of issue. As I have already told you can visit the activity where you will get to know everything that has been changed since the board has been created!
